Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible, if the item is in stock, I will strive to ship on the next business day following the order. Shipping time depends on the destination and the courier.
Custom orders can take up to 6 weeks to process, should you wish to order something that is not available in the online shop, please contact me so we can discuss options and timeframe.
Standard shipment is handled through Post NL. Should you wish to use a different courier, please contact me before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). Shipping costs will only be refunded for shipments with Post NL courier, for countries 1. and 2. listed in the shipping policy section.
The refund will be processed as soon as the return is received, provided the item(s) is (are) returned undamaged.
Shipping cost for the return is the customer's expense.
To avoid unnecessary returns, I would be happy to send additional pictures of an item and/or answer any questions you might have to help you with your purchase.
Since all items are unique, an immediate replacement of the same item is usually not possible. Should your item arrive damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, so that we can discuss options.
